Tropical Storm Alberto. The first storm of the 2018-19 season. We went for a walk in the rain! I love using my umbrella and boots. Any excuse will do. This was a long walk, in the cold rain. Dada had to carry me and Emme as he ran away from biting flying bugs that kept bugging us.
